Very bad experience I. Just bought a chose for my daughter wrong size 20 min since I get off the shop and get back as my wife told me needs a higher size so I return to the shop and ask for. A manager and he came and he insisted that he cannot do exchange and he wants to keep it and give me discount on the correct size which is reduclaus, I ask to escalate but he refused to give his email neither to ask his top manager to solve my issue no flexibility or neither problem solving

Had a disappointing experience at this location. I was shopping with my two children (ages 6 and 9) and was helping them try on clothes in the fitting room, which is completely normal for any parent. A staff member overseeing the fitting room area confronted me about having both kids with me, and when I explained they were my own children, he responded, “I don’t know what’s going on inside!” — a comment that felt accusatory and inappropriate given I was simply supervising my own young kids. This wasn’t about following any store policy — it came across as a personal judgment call by the employee, delivered without courtesy or respect toward a parent looking after their children. Disappointing customer service experience overall. I will not be returning to this store, and I would not recommend it to any parent shopping with their children.

Today me and my autistic teenage son went to Nike factory store to get him some shoes. He had to go to bathroom really bad. We went in store and they started to ask him If it was number one or two to determine if he could use the bathroom or not. He went to back and when I got back there, he was told he could not use woman's restroom by manager Cat even if he waited until everyone got out of bathroom. I told her I was going to report it because what kind of craziness is this. She claims the mens bathroom was out of order and if so then why did it matter if he had to do number one or two. That's what other workers asked him, they didn't say it was out of order. They need to fix their bathroom and teach their manager Cat common courtesy. He a autistic kid who really needed to pee and he was refused to go to bathroom. So I didn't spend my money in that their store because of the treatment.

Customer service was surprisingly great! Harry tried to help me find size 11s & 12s in womens in my preferred colorway. And one of the other employees, a lovely leader named Mel went out of her way to help me find shoes fit my large feet. She was super patient and explained what shoes supported what activity. Thank for everything!
